What happens at a typical Kidbus party?

The KIDBUS arrives at your party or event at least 20 minutes before it is due to start. We set things up, open the doors and the fun begins! After lots of playing, and fun the children leave the bus and we head home.

Your KIDBUS booking costs includes the bus travelling to your venue, its exclusive hire for your party and a CRB checked, first aid qualified driver to supervise children during the party. Alongside the driver we request that there is an additional adult on hand who is responsible for the supervision, safety and well being of children during the party. Please see our terms and conditions of hire for more information.

Where can the bus park?

The KIDBUS is 35ft long, 15ft high and 8ft wide. It can park outside your house or venue.  We do ask that you give consideration to any obstructive trees with low branches or width restrictions on roads where the Bus will be parked for your event. And please advise us when booking if you think there may be issues with parking, access or other restrictions that could prevent the KIDBUS from attending your event.

What about the weather?

Rainy days are not a problem for the KIDBUS.  And once inside the Bus it doesn’t matter if it rains or shines because we have heating as well as air conditioning. We also have interior lighting so you can hold your party at night and in the winter months.

Can we eat on the bus?

KIDBUS does not provide food at parties. Food and drink is not permitted on the bus.  Please also note that there are no toilet facilities on the bus, all the space is dedicated to playing, fun and games!

Are you insured?

Of course. KIDBUS has full motor and public liability insurance.

Can I book the Kidbus for a full day event?

Yes, please! Contact us to discuss your requirements. KIDBUS, is available to book during the day or in the evening on weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays. Just contact us for more information and to confirm availability.

Do you drive the children around?

No, we don’t drive the children around. The KIDBUS had all his seats removed when it was converted into a soft play bus so its no longer a passenger carrying vehicle.
